3 separate hand rails installed on 10/18/16 for 3 different apartments two step entrances. Entire process from start (met with Isaac at property) and install day was approximately 30 days. Installers arrived on time. Team of two installed hand rails in about 90 minutes. Hand rails painted with primer prior to installation and touched-up by installers prior to leaving premises (bolts painted). I painted the rails the next day with a finish coat to match other railings on the property. Very sturdy (heavy duty) and meets current building codes/standards. Price and quaility as promised. Now considering additional work. Metal side gate, new front yard fence and driveway gate. Suspect work quality will be the same as the hand rails which was much better than expected. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommend.

Their work (installed front porch and side railing, a gate, & hand railings) actually exceeded my expectations and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Their price point was commensurate with others' bids and I can't imagine having someone else do a better job!

Isaac did an amazing job for my pool railing. He and the office staff are all very professional. I recommend them highly.
We had Isaac do 2 metal yard gates 15 years ago. They still look great. We contacted him again for a new decorative gate and a sculpture. He was prompt, efficient and skillful. We love the new gate and sculpture. We had a small problem with the installation of the gate but he immediately fixed it. The installation of the sculpture was very professional.
We had a railing installed in our house, and it came out exactly as we wanted. We had given him an image based off a railing from our old 1920s apartment, and he was able to recreate the scrolls perfectly. He called and emailed while he was working on it to get input and show us the progress, and the installation was very quick. We had gotten another company to quote us beforehand, and they said it would be twice as much money, and that they wouldnt be able to match our reference image. We are so glad that we went with Isaac's instead of those other guys.
Last week Isaac worked at our rental property on Shadyglade in North Hollywood 1st trip he assessed the problem then sent his workers to weld the track and replaced one of the gate wheels. Quoted us 250.00 then discounted to $200.00. Great service highly recommend Isaac. Thanks from Dave
I've just had Isaac and his crew out to install a new secondary driveway gate to match the front gate and to install some additional latches on existing gates. He was on time, his crew is truly nice and I found him professional and very helpful and more importantly, fairly priced. This is the second time I'd worked with Isaac.. .the first time was ten years ago. Same experience. In addition, he's an Artist and is going to help me design an "Ode to my dog" for the gate. I'm also contemplating installing a new garden gate and trellis, and will come back to Isaac for that as well.
My husband and I found Isaac's Ironworks several years ago after a search on the Internet for wrought iron pool gates. We found a picture of one that was exquisite, so we went right to the source of the picture, and called Isaac. The gates turned out to be a beautiful combination of artistry and quality, and we get complements on them all the time. We love our pool gates so much, that it was a no-brainer when we decided to put up a new staircase railing that we would call Isaac's Ironworks again. Isaac came out for an estimate immediately. He was very straightforward with his timeline to complete the project, and he communicated with us throughout the process, sending us updated photos of our railing so that we could make any adjustments if needed. And, the gentleman who came to do the installation were equally as professional and ultra polite, leaving our home the way it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Isaac's Ironworks to anyone looking for a quality iron work.
I had a very small job -- a simple exterior handrail for three front steps. It was difficult to even get someone to come out and bid on the job because it admittedly wasn't worth it to a lot of companies I called. But Issac's stepped up and fit me into their schedule. Within about 2 weeks, I had exactly what I wanted -- a good quality, nice looking handrail! The service was professional and friendly and the crew who came out installed it in an hour. I would highly recommend them.

Isaac did a wonderful job of installing railing for the cement stairs next door for our tenant. His secretary was very friendly and helpful in helping me. Issac took me on a tour of his factory to show me all the possibilities. He was so knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. During the installation process, his team informed me of what they were doing and made sure that I was welcome to ask any questions about the work being done. Our stairs look beautiful now. Isaac and his team replaced an arbor holding up my Bougainvillea. They came out to measure and asked if I had a design in mind. About 4 days later I received a quote in the mail. Isaac came out once more to finalize the placement and look of the arbor. 3 weeks later the install team showed up to install my arbor. These guys did a great job with the installation. Really paid attention to the details. So happy when I find a craftsman that does a great job.
It has been wonderful working with Isaac and his Company. The new railing is of a much higher quality than is available elsewhere. The railing is solid and has a flawless finish. They came out and communicated with me every step of the way. I am very pleased and grateful for there service.
